The current programme
The four-month programme comprises ten weeks of preparation, a fifteen-day journey and four weeks of integration after travel. The journey runs from 18 September to 2 October 2027, with fourteen nights: one in Madrid, four in Marrakech, four in Sahl Hasheesh, four in Khajuraho and one final night in Madrid.
The investment is US$119,850 per guest, for a group of twelve women. The included one-year digital health-record subscription is distinct from the four-month faculty programme and its four weeks of integration. Commission and booking terms are available directly from Deborah.
Guest services and fulfilment
Bartelings handles Arc Vitae’s guest services and concierge. Orbridge, LLC provides travel fulfilment. Deborah travels on the jet with the guests. All itinerary transport, meals, onboard catering and drinking water are included. International flights to and from Madrid, visas and travel insurance are arranged separately.

The Living Health Record
Vitaspan provides a patient-controlled Living Health Record, bringing medical records, results and history together with permissioned sharing. Each guest receives an included one-year subscription as part of Arc Vitae.
Records are added through supported uploads and connections. Availability of connected information depends on the source systems and the guest’s permissions. The guest can access her record online and control sharing with her chosen practitioners.
Photography and presentation
Property photographs, faculty portraits and partner logos are drawn from the organiser’s supplied guide and existing Arc Vitae website. The destination postmarks and Living Blueprint illustration are editorial design elements. The aviation image is illustrative; specific aircraft arrangements are available through the organiser.
