The programme & delivery
Preparation at home, with biological diagnostics and private faculty consultations; fifteen days through four countries; and one month of integration at home. Each guest develops a Living Blueprint combining biological information, behavioural insights and personal priorities.
An included one-year Vitaspan subscription provides a patient-controlled Living Health Record for medical records, results and history, accessible online at home or abroad. The guest controls sharing with her chosen practitioners. The digital subscription is distinct from the four-month faculty programme.
Bartelings manages guest services and concierge. Orbridge, LLC provides travel fulfilment. Private-jet travel between destinations, all itinerary transfers, luggage concierge and all meals from the welcome dinner to the final breakfast are included. Non-alcoholic beverages accompany meals; alcohol is included only where specified. Minibar purchases, in-room beverages and additional spa treatments are excluded unless stated. Deborah travels on the jet with the guests. Every guest and faculty member signs a mutual confidentiality agreement.
Seven small-group faculty sessions of approximately two hours: three in Morocco, three in Egypt and one in India. One scheduled private consultation with each faculty member during the journey provides individual attention.

Madrid
Airport arrival and private transfer to Mandarin Oriental Ritz. Welcome dinner; introductions at each guest’s discretion.
19 September / Day 2
Madrid to Marrakech
Private jet to Morocco, with a light lunch on board. Arrival at The Oberoi Marrakech, dinner and faculty orientation.
20–22 September / Days 3–5
Marrakech
Small-group sessions with Dorthe and Eeva on sleep, stress, digestion and energy. Rest, movement, two Oberoi spa treatments, a Moroccan cookery class, private bird sanctuary visit and faculty dinner.
23 September / Day 6
Marrakech to Sahl Hasheesh
Private jet to Egypt and arrival at The Oberoi Beach Resort, Sahl Hasheesh.
24–26 September / Days 7–9
Sahl Hasheesh
Shore walks and sea time. A choice of dune buggy riding with Dorthe or an afternoon on the Red Sea with Eeva; Hurghada Old Town, open-air yoga or a sunset beach walk, a singing bowl session and beach barbecue.
27 September / Day 10
The Red Sea to Khajuraho
Private jet to India and arrival at The Oberoi Rajgarh Palace. The India chapter includes individual time with Deborah.
28–30 September / Days 11–13
Khajuraho
Breakfast by the lake, Ayurvedic consultation, three ASMI treatments chosen by the guest, an early morning temple walk, private conversation with Deborah and Palace celebration dinner.
1 October / Day 14
Khajuraho to Madrid
Private jet to Madrid and final night at Mandarin Oriental Ritz. Dorthe and Eeva rejoin for the closing session and dinner.
2 October / Day 15
Madrid departure
Breakfast and private transfers for onward flights. Four weeks of integration at home follow.

Each guest is accepted after a personal conversation with the founder. Advisor commission is discussed privately. Programme terms are published on arcvitae.life; payment and cancellation arrangements are confirmed in the client agreement. The programme includes selected treatments, gratuities for included services and four weeks of integration after travel.
